As a Call Center Trainer, a typical day will include:
Conduct training for new hires of content and conducttraining recertifications and/or refreshers for associates.
Communicate and instill company values and/or culture to new associates.
Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside associates to perform technical or functional job duties.
Operate standard office equipment other than computers such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals.
Ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
Provide feedback to associates regarding training.
Guest Experience and Company Standards
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Call Center Trainer at MVW:
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
Position may require background and drug screeningcontingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
