Cafe Cook Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing meals using menu recipes

• Abide by all State and Federal health and safety regulations

• Prepping items & Daily Specials

• Basic BOH duties 

• Other duties as assigned by management

Cafe Cook Requirements and Qualifications

• Highly Motivated Self Starter

• Ability to work with industrial kitchen equipment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, & evenings.

• Dependable

• Able to lift 50-lbs unassisted

• Standing for long periods

• Food Certification is a plus

• Must pass background and drug screening
