Staples Account Specialist Reactivation - SLED in Orlando, Florida

What you’ll be doing:

  • The Account Specialist - Reactivations engages customers whose spending has lapsed with the purpose of getting the customers to purchase. This role is a high velocity position that leverages a prioritized call list to drive engagement activities and then manages their opportunities through the reactivation funnel.

  • Contact and engage customers whose order buying has lapsed. Engage customer through phone, video, and/or digital correspondence to drive incremental sales growth and customer retention

  • Meet weekly and monthly reactivation targets and KPIs set by sales leadership.

  • Consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics - outbound dials, sell time, and live contacts

  • Utilize CRM software to manager customer interactions, track sales activities and maintain accurate record

  • Leverage partnerships with various internal partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to Category Sales Specialists, Sales Operations and Customer Service Teams

  • Oversees pricing negotiations and influences on the spot pricing decisions in order to cultivate a seamless customer experience

  • Manage sales funnel to close opportunities

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.

  • Ability to meet or exceed incremental sales and gross profit goals - growing sales and margin within current customer base

  • Coachable, able to incorporate feedback

  • Ability to work in a team sales environment

  • Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Experience building customer relationships

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years account management or related experience

  • 1+ year experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Industry knowledge
