Nexeo HR is looking for an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisor experience,is bi-lingual,and has experience with production processes and team leadership. We are looking for a results-oriented and career-minded individual.

Pay starts at $24-$32 per hour,based on experience.

*Responsibilities *

  Supervise,manage,and provide support to multiple production lines leads,ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  Oversee production lines to ensure that production quotas and quality standards are consistently met.

  Collaborate with production line leads to supervise and manage production workers,fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.

  Assist in production tasks as needed to maintain workflow and address any operational challenges.

  Resolve production line issues promptly and effectively to maintain productivity.

  Train new production line workers,ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  Must have 2 years of experience working in a production environment,preferably food production.

  Must have computer skills,including spreadsheets and word processing.

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  Ability to stand and bend for most of the shift.

  Experience supervising 20+ production workers.

  English and Spanish language skills are required.
