A Customer Service Representative is essentially the face of the location. The CSR will provide all the necessary communication and updates with insurance companies, rental vendors and customers in regard to the repair process and coordination. This individual will be trained to utilize our estimating platform, CCC One, to write estimates, communicate with customers, keep track of vehicles coming in and going out of the shop, Etc.

Responsibilities : Outstanding customer service. Be on time for work every day. Maintain positive relationships with vendors, co-workers, insurance companies, and customers. Check-in vehicles with customers, go over accident-related damages and damages not related to the insurance claim. Send repair status updates to customers who currently have vehicles in the shop for repairs. Update and communicate with our customers' vehicle rental vendors. Upon repair completion, a CSR will deliver our final product to the customer and go over the repairs performed at the shop.

Qualifications: Prior Customer Service experience. Outstanding work ethic & willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
