Part-time only - Assistant Property and Office Manager with Front Office Skills needed
In this exciting and challenging position you will work with between 50-100 entrepreneurs in a spectacular Class A office suites and conferencing environment. Your responsibilities will draw on a wide variety of skills and experience ranging from customer service, marketing, sales, concierge and business services, billing, reception, and even security.
A successful candidate will start at $17-20 per hour with an increase after the training period.
Honest, experienced, motivated and proactive individuals are the standard for this position and company. Looking for someone who is a quick learner, hard worker and has an ability to multi-task. Quickbooks and/or accounting experience required. Yardi experience a plus.
You will be assisting the Property Manager in AP/AR accounting for multiple commercial properties, as well as helping sign up new tenants, set up new tenant and vendor accounts and coding expenses.
Applicants must be willing to commit to two years. A credit and background check are required.
This position is a part time position that requires flexibility in your schedule to work with a team that covers the hours between 8:45-5:30pm Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays. As a part time position there are no benefits.
Job Type: Part-time 10-20 hours a week between 8-45am-6pm M-F
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour to start on experience
