Honeywell Sr Technical Sales Engineer - Lifecyle Solutions and Services in Oregon

As a Sr Technical Sales Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our lifecycle solutions and services. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop customer relationships in PacWest, showcasing Honeywell's lifecycle solutions including migrations, software, periodic programs, and core enablers like cybersecurity and sustainability.

•Build and manage sales pipeline to support Regional Sales team in expanding Services business.

•Strategize and develop Migration Account Plans (MAPS) for Honeywell install base, focusing on systems like Distributed Control, Network Infrastructure, and Cyber Security.

•Align customer operational needs with Honeywell's automation solutions roadmap.

•Expertise in software solutions such as TRACE, Digital PRIME, Experion Software Suite, and Cyber Security.

•Contribute to New Product Initiatives (NPI) and provide value propositions for initiatives like Workforce Excellence and Connected PLC Migrations.

•Coach internal and external teams on technical offerings and their associated value.

•Support sales teams in developing accurate proposals and presenting business cases to customer stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $121,000-$151,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE

•8+ Years of Relevant Experience in Business Development, Honeywell Process Systems - Products and Solutions

•8+ years of automation work experience in the Process or Manufacturing Industries (Oil & Gas - Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals

•Strong knowledge around Software suite of products and positioning especially TRACE, Digital PRIME,Cyber Security solutions , Experion Software Suite and applications.

•Knowledge of PLC Architecture and Functionality

•Knowledge of Honeywell’s Advanced Control Software, e.g., PHD, Dynamo, CPM, FDM, etc.

•Knowledge of Virtualization Applications and Concepts

•Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

WE VALUE

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

•Deep technical knowledge in Distributed Control Systems, Safety Systems, and their integration with HMI/SCADA.

•Application engineering expertise across relevant domains.

•Proven experience interfacing with customers, EPC contractors, consulting engineers, OEMs, and in system integration.

•Track record in managing Control System Platform Migration projects within management and consulting environments.

•Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and navigate competitive landscapes in the industry.
