The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team atHighmark Stadiumin Orchard Park, New York. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department atHighmark Stadiumon event days providing memorable experience for our guests.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

  • Hire and train food and beverage team members in the suites department

  • Develop team members and provide ongoing job performance feedback

  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operation on event days

  • Partner with front and back of house management to ensure event day operations are effective and a success for guests and team members

  • Handle guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations regarding sale of alcohol, OSHA, payroll, and employment guidelines

  • Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place

More about you

  • Minimum of three years’ hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting

  • Prior premium experience in a sports and entertainment environment is highly preferred

  • Strong managerial and leading ability

  • Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required

  • Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required

  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • No degree required
