Description
Position Summary
Responsible for completion of general labor type work including labeling, packaging, and basic assembly at established rates and with accuracy following existing procedures.
Essential Functions
Proficiently use detailed drawings to perform product processing functions such as assembly, labeling, and packaging using established systems and procedures with effective use of hand tools and basic machinery as the work activity requires. Maintain minimal reworks meeting established rates for the activity or work center.
Meet expected productivity rates that have been established for the activity or work center. Understand and monitor due dates and work to remain on time.
Understand and follow the organizations Quality Management System. Keeps work area organized following 5s work standards diligently. Participate with all sustainability efforts including waste reduction and recycling.
Work productively and cooperatively in a team environment. Maintain strong lines of communication with your supervisor and all team members to collectively work towards team goals. Be proficient in all areas within your responsibility and offer and promote changes for improvement.
Perform production order confirmations accurately.
Performs other duties as assigned.
