Position: Collision Center Estimator Location: Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac, 3475 Southwestern Blvd., Orchard Park NY, 14127 Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Friday Compensation: $20-$26/Hour (Based on Experience and Knowledge)

Responsibilities: * Establish good customer relations by providing excellent customer service, obtaining relevant customer information, and handling customer inquiries effectively * Customers' primary point-of-contact for body repair services * Ask questions to thoroughly understand customer needs to manage repair expectations * Timely communication between technical team and customers * Provide world-class service via timely communication with internal teams and to the customer * Navigate online computer system for client info management + timely repair order workflow * Record and maintain repair details in auto body shop records * Other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements would include: * Licensed in state of New York to perform collision estimates * 1 year experience in a collision repair center * Excellent customer communication skills * What's needed: * 100% commitment to customers * Proven communication skills * Proven ability to multi-task * Must be able to lead by example and give direction * Self-discipline * ADP/CDK experience preferred
