Robert Half Collections Specialist in Orange Park, Florida
Description We are searching for a Collections Specialist to join our team in the financial services industry, stationed in Orange Park, Florida. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where the specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and handling billing functions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems
• Maintain and update customer credit records in the CRM system
• Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable (AR) and billing functions
• Monitor customer accounts and perform collection operations when necessary
• Utilize Accurint and ADP - Financial Services for claim administration
• Answer inbound calls as part of the call center customer service
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers during collection processes
• Work with Epic Software for commercial collections and consumer collections
• Manage billing collection as per established collection processes. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems for financial management is necessary.
• Familiarity with Accurint is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services would be beneficial.
• Effective use of CRM systems is required.
• Knowledge of Epic Software is necessary.
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Comfortable with answering inbound calls and providing customer service.
• Capability to perform various billing functions is required.
• Experience in Claim Administration is necessary.
• A thorough understanding of collection processes is required.
• Prior experience in a Call Center Customer Service role would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Billing Collection is necessary.
• Familiarity with collection operations is required.
• Experience in Collections is necessary.
• Experience with Collections - Consumer would be beneficial.
• Experience in Commercial Collections is required.
• Ability to negotiate pricing effectively is necessary.
• Capable of negotiating terms in a detail oriented manner.
• Strong negotiation skills are required.
