Hyatt Accounting Coordinator in ORANGE COUNTY, California

Description:

The Accounting Coordinator is accountable to provide clerical and administrative support, including data and word processing, record keeping, filing and various other duties related to the effective operation of the department. We are seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as the accounting coordinator in our company.

This position will be filled in October 2024

Responsibilities

  • General Cashier duties (limited).

  • Data entry and filing as needed.

  • Accounts Payable: process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.

  • Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Facilitate guest and vendor request through methods of phone calls or email as needed.

  • Perform Tax Exemption reconciliation and process improvement to ensure compliance.

  • Support Purchasing, Finance, and Information Technology functions as needed.

  • Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications.

  • Previous Accounting experience preferred.
