Robert Half is partnering with a wonderful firm who specializes in both civil litigation and workers compensation defense. They are in search of a sharp and diligent legal assistant who has experience within workers comp defense to support their attorneys!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, contracts, etc.

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and court proceedings

• Draft correspondence and legal memorandum

• Maintain a digital filing and tracking system

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as a legal assistant, preferably in workers compensation defense

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
