Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry in Orange, California. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for vendor relations, managing a large volume of communications via phone and centralized email. As an integral part of our team, you will also handle accounts payable and receivable responsibilities while ensuring accurate customer records. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize a high volume of vendor communications

• Efficiently process accounts payable and receivable

• Handle customer inquiries with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Accurately maintain customer and vendor records

• Utilize ERP and other accounting software systems for various accounting functions

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Process credit applications from customers

• Ensure consistent account coding across all transactions

• Foster and maintain positive vendor relationships. Requirements

• Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Expertise in handling various Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proven ability to Manage Vendor Relationships
