Support HR Department in Recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding new employees; Prepare new-employee files and benefit enrollment packets; Administer/provide employee support for the benefit plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations; Execute all employee termination procedures, including advising employees on their rights and any benefits they are entitled to; Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database; Assist human resources projects including setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing, and organizing information; and Coordinate the administration of employee safety, occupational health, security, and workers compensation programs.
