Job Title: Avionics Technician

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Avionics Technicians to join our team. The primary responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting electronics for cockpits and internet, performing inspections, and conducting repairs on both narrow body and widebody aircrafts. The position requires 5 years of relevant experience either in a corporate setting, fixed wing military, or CRJ/Commercial. The first two weeks of training will occur during the 1st shift. After 90 days, overtime will be available. It is mandatory for all technicians to have a tool box. All tools must be shadowed, etched, and inventoried before commencing work.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Opa-locka, Florida.

Work Environment

Work will be carried out in a hangar environment. Two positions will be on the 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm), and four positions will be on the weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm). Initially, the 1st and 2nd shift will operate Monday to Friday, transitioning to a 4-day week schedule in the coming months with two weekdays and one weekend day off.
