Job Title: Regulatory Affairs and Labeling SpecalistResponsibilities

• Create labels and manage information for raw materials using Product Vision.

• Review packaging and labels for compliance with FDA and USDA regulations.

• Ensure compliance with international regulations for Canada, South America, Mexico, EU, and Asia Pacific regions.

• Manage product importing and exporting, including contacting foreign suppliers for required certifications.

• Utilize online portals to gather international labeling information.

Essential Skills

• Experience with FDA and USDA regulations.

• Experience in importing and exporting.

• Experience in research and development.

• Proficiency with Product Vision software.

• Experience with Genesis software.

• Experience in food manufacturing.

• 7-15 years of experience in regulatory and labeling.

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with frozen food is beneficial.

• Experience with regulations in the EU, Asia Pacific, and South America is a plus.

• Proficiency with Product Vision is advantageous.

Work Environment

The schedule is flexible with start times between 6:30 am and 9:00 am. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days in the office and the rest remote. The office dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
