This is a fast-paced short run manufacturing environment. We are looking for a qualified candidate for our Production Supervisor position. This position has interaction with all levels of the organization and is part of the executive team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that will achieve the company's strategic plan.

salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or production required

• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously

• Ability to interface effectively with plant personnel, outside contractors and different functional groups within the business units

• Demonstrated leadership in safety & environmental compliance

• strong innovative external focus with proven ability to affect sustainable change

• Must be very effective working in a volatile and complex environment and work with a sense of urgency that drives effective results

• strong influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in

• High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts

• Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time
