2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts receivable

Experience with b2b collections

Advanced experience in Excel functions

Job Description

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling accounts.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.

Conduct business-to-business collections while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address client inquiries.

Prepare and analyze aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and implement collection strategies.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.

Assist in month-end close processes and generate regular reports on receivables performance and key metrics.

Work closely with the credit department to assess credit risk and establish credit limits for clients.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
