To learn more about the University and the Department, please visit https://suny.oneonta.edu/ and https://suny.oneonta.edu/admissions Duties include but are not limited to: As the Coordinator of Transfer Articulation and Credit, you will be the heart of our mission, guiding the transfer process for incoming students and ensuring the seamless articulation of credits. Evaluate incoming transcripts and determine transfer credits equivalencies according to established policies and guidelines. Teamwork Enthusiast: Collaborate with academic departments to review and update course equivalency, while also working with various departments - academic advising, admissions, and registrar's office to assess transfer credits, craft pathways, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, work with admissions staff, attending events, meeting with students, and assisting in recruitment efforts. Transfer Trailblazer: Provide support and guidance to students navigating the transfer process, assisting them in maximizing their transfer credits, transfer pathways, and expediting credit evaluations; develop and maintain transfer articulation agreements with partner institutions to facilitate credit transfers. Detail-Driven: Maintain accurate transfer articulation records and generate reports on transfer credit trends and outcomes. Trend Tracker: Stay informed about best practices, trends, and SUNY policy related to transfer articulation and credit transfer. Salary: $58,000-$60,000 - commensurate with experience. Requirements:Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, counseling, or related field. Experience working in higher education, preferably in admissions, registrar's office, or academic advising. Valid driver's license Strong understanding of transfer credit evaluation processes and transfer articulation pathways. Ability to travel overnight and work evenings and weekends. Additional: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Master's degree in higher education administration, counseling, or related field. Previous experience counseling/working with prospective students. Previous experience with database management Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Experience using Slate CRM

Minimum Salary: 58,000 Maximum Salary: 60,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
