As a Civil Engineer Land Development Manager, your days will be spent: Setting goals, monitoring, and implementing short and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business plan Managing scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project delivery Leading and mentoring colleagues on civil engineering land development projects Developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships Communicating effectively internally and externally Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff Administering the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects Researching Federal, State, and local regulations for project-specific requirements ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: To excel from day one, you\'ll need: A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university 10+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects A Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located To be able to physically perform work in the field To occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional development and/or project-related work ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://jt-engineering.com/careers/
