Description

SUMMARY:Provides comprehensive administrative and support to Facilities and Business Operations, and for-profit business operations of the agency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to the integrated business/business operations and to the facilities and safety departments.

  • Responsible for all administrative functions related to work/projects/contracts for industrial business customers.

  • Place and expedite inventory orders for agency, production, and assigned programs supply.

  • Maintains filing for maintenance and business operations, including document storage, agency inspection documentation, and purging records according to the retention schedule.

  • Process purchase orders, invoices and other departmental documentation on a daily/weekly/monthly basis in accordance with agency procedures.

  • Prepares and monitors sales orders, shippers, and invoices related to facilities and production

  • Assists in the preparation and completion of regularly scheduled reports; to include board reports and QER reports; Tracks and reconciles technical sales reports.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred; one-year related experience and/or training required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered. Proficiency in Microsoft office to include Word and Excel and web-based applications.
