Currently seeking an Assistant Food Service Director.

Flexible with the schedule
$27-$35/HR -Payrate is based on experience
Under the direction of the Director of Dietary Services, the Assistant Food Service Director. will assist in the planning, organizing, developing and direction of the overall Dietary Department in accordance with the current applicable Federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Requirements Include:
Minimum one year of experience in large-scale cooking.
Must have extensive knowledge of food management, menu planning, and dietary therapy.
Must have knowledge of food purchasing and inventory control.
Will manage Kitchen in absence of food service director.
Reliable Transportation.
Necessary Skills/Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food prep.
Must be able to do some physical work.
Should be a strong team player.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
