Schedule: 3 shifts Available! 7am-8am, 12pm-2pm, 5:30pm-8pm, 7 days a week! *Hiring for all shifts, immediate need* Wage: \$18.35 per hour Responsibilities: Transfers Personal Cares including Bed bath, changing clothes and incontinence support. Meal Preparation Maintaining skin integrity Medication injection Cleaning & Dishes Laundry Grocery Shopping Ideal Candidate: Caregiving Experience Medication experience including injectables. Female Valid Driver\'s License Reliable vehicle Ability to pass background check. Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin.
