Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Candidates will have the opportunity to learn different steps in the process including screen printing, packaging, machine operation, and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Screen Printing: Responsible for adding paint for the screen printing machine to work effectively.

• Packaging: Ensure packages are sealed tightly and labeled correctly.

• Machine Operation: Responsible for punching or cutting parts to the appropriate size and inspecting to ensure the machine is functioning correctly.

• Inspection: Ensure no defects in finished products before they go to packaging/shipping.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of experience working in any labor-intensive, repetitive, or manufacturing position.

• Experience with press machines, packaging, machine operation, and inspection.

• Knowledge of hand tools and forklift operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as an inspector preferred.

• 6+ months of experience running machines preferred.

Work Environment

1st Shift: 7am – 3:30pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm – 12am. The environment is not climate controlled but comfortable in production areas. The team size is 50-60 people on each shift, working in close proximity to one another. The dress code allows shorts and shirts, and closed-toe shoes are required (steel toes not required).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Onalaska, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50
