Vault Associate

What does a successful Vault Associate do at Fiserv?

You will join the team at our 7007 N 97th Circle location and receive training on how to fulfill personalized credit/debit card orders. You will perform basic order picking and quality checks to ensure the correct fulfillment based on the order ticket request.

What you will do:

• Use an RF scanner to pick credit/debit card orders

• Check counts with the use of basic math and card counting machines to make sure the order is correct

• Match remaining cards to the inventory system to balance sleeve and bulk inventory

• Take rejected or defective cards from embosser to get the newly corrected one back

• Train to drive electric pallet jacks or stackers on occasions to get stock

What you will need to have:

• Experience using a computer for data entry

• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Ability to perform basic math for order picking

• Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance

• Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend often

What would be great to have:

• A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment

• 1 year of experience in operating production machines

Important info about this role:

• Compensation is $ 18 / hour

• You will work an assigned schedule of either Thursday-Monday 2:30pm-10:30pm or Sunday-Thursday 6:30am-2:30pm

• Eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd shift

• Flexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidays
