Job Description

As a Talent Development Senior Specialist, you will lead the organization’s talent development initiatives, partnering with internal clients to address their training and development needs. You will manage training projects from start to finish, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of talent development best practices. Your role will involve designing and developing online learning solutions, leading training initiatives with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and evaluating the success of training programs to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will support the growth of employees, leaders, and managers, fostering an innovative and productive workplace. Other responsibilities may include supervising and guiding the work of less experienced staff and utilizing effective feedback collection methods to track trends and performance results.

You bring to the team:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team

  • Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in instructional design strategies

  • Experience in developing both in-person and eLearning training deliverables

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office Suite products

  • Preferred proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, or other eLearning development programs

  • Strong project management, planning, organizing, and public speaking skills

  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally

  • Works with guidance and supervision, acting as an informal resource for team members

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in talent development

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, business administration, or related field is preferred
