Pay: $38.46-$43.27/hour

The Regional Security Operations Manager (RSOM) is responsible for delivering effective and efficient physical security operations and programs that enhance the delivery of service and customer experience for the client campuses or regions. The RSOM must be comfortable working in a highly complex, fast paced, and collaborative culture. Managing a team of Site Security Managers (SSMs) in geographically separated facilities, the RSOM verifies compliance with security procedures and policies, tracks audit readiness, and provides direction to ensure physical security requirements are met or exceeded. Reporting to the Regional Security Advisor (RSA), the RSOM works directly with management, the client, and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.

Minimum Hiring Standards:

• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).

• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid driver's license in the state/country where they reside.

• Must have the legal right to work in the country where they reside.

• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.

• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including

drug screen and background investigation.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (Business / Management/ or related field) and/or five years of experience

in a corporate security, military, or law enforcement position.

• Five years of well documented managerial experience in one or more of the following areas:

security operations, service planning, service development or related operational field, or an

equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential

functions of the job, as determined by the company.

• Educational exceptions may be considered based on professional experience.

• Professional certifications preferred (CPO, CPP, CSMP, PSP, etc.)

• Experience with responding to Security-related audits a plus.
