Job Description

Insight Global is seeking to hire a skilled Product Manager. The Product Manager manages the entire lifecycle of core product lines, including decisions on extension or end-of-life, and drives the development of new products based on market problems. The role focuses on addressing customer needs and market opportunities to increase profitability in alignment with company objectives. Working cross-functionally with all business areas, the PM ensures successful product launches and sustained market performance of core products by understanding customer problems, market trends, and competitive positioning. The Product Manager will combine market research skills, technical knowledge, and an industrial design approach to develop solutions that address customer challenges, deliver value, and drive profitability. This role requires customer empathy, the ability to make quick, informed decisions, and the ability to be a thought leader. The Product Manager will be assigned a Product Platform(s) or Product Line based on the business's current needs. Pay: 65k-85k

Skills and Requirements

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.

 · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 · Strong presentation, customer interaction, and project management skills.

 · Strong analytical abilities, including interpreting data, applying financial concepts, and making data-driven decisions.

 · Experience interpreting technical documents and market research. Comes from the manufacturing industry null
