Job Title:    Pharmacy Technician - FULL TIME

Summary:   Join the Atlas team!  The pharmacy tech will work closely with the pharmacist to help prepare and distribute medications, help maintain inventory, and keep accurate records.  A successful Atlas Pharmacy Tech will have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and be customer service oriented.  Our pharmacy techs are also fantastic at being able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 

NO NIGHTS! - NO WEEKENDS!  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the Pharmacist by assembling, stocking, and distributing medications.

• Process prescriptions and ensure that all information is accurate and complete.

• Comply with all state requirements, security measures, and quality standards.

• Monitor inventory, which includes sorting, stocking, and labeling.

• Help prepare compounded medications.

• Fill patient prescriptions with accuracy and care.

  Necessary Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Professional and courteous

• Problem Solving skills

• Maintain confidentiality for both pharmacy and patients data.

• Excellent organizational skills

• Knowledge in basic computer systems

• Pharmacy Tech Certification
