Maintaining the plant, facilities and equipment to peak functionality for the production manufacturing and assembling operations. Involves proper maintenance, troubleshooting, reapir when necesssary, calibratiing and supporting while maintaining a clean and safe wiok place. Occasioanlly ordering replacement parts and equipment according to manufacturing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on assigned systems.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test systems and technical

• Assist in and able to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines and associated assigned systems.

• Must possess a strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.

• Knowledge of production machinery repair, troubleshooting, pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical/electronic skills.

• CMMS experience is highly desired.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 75lbs

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
