Industrial Maintenance Technician

Entry Level Position - Multiple Shifts - Start ASAP

Location : Omaha, NE

Job Overview :

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our manufacturing equipment and systems. Your role is critical in ensuring that our production processes are efficient, safe, and reliable.

Hours : 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available

Pay : $25-40/hour

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous production.

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

  • Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and operational.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and equipment performance.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and production efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
