Job Title: Lead Finish Carpenter
Description: If you're looking for a job ASAP and have experience in carpentry, then this is the position for you! A leading construction company is looking for carpenters to join the team and assist with supporting both residential and commercial projects. The company is looking for carpenters to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
Perform high-level finish carpentry including trim, cabinets, partitions, crown molding, casework, window and door installations, and hardware.
Engage in demolition and cleanup activities.
Remove old materials prior to starting new installations.
Lead and manage crews on job sites.
Ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
Work on both residential and commercial projects, including school renovations.
Essential Skills:
5+ years of experience in carpentry.
Proficiency in finish carpentry, including trim, cabinets, partitions, crown molding, casework, window and door installations, and hardware.
Experience with demolition, drywall, and rough carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.
Experience in remodeling, rehabilitation projects, renovations, and additions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with lead abatement.
Team-oriented mindset.
Ability to work on school projects.
Expected to bring own basic hand tools on the first day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
