Director Client Implementations

What does a successful Director Client Implementations do at Fiserv?

You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure that the client on-boarding process and subsequent client requested projects are successful. You will develop and drive the implementation of quality processes for our credit, debit, healthcare and print implementations team. You will identify, evaluate, and implement actions that improve and ensure a consistent Client Experience.

What you will do:

  • Design, implement, communicate, and drive implementation strategies and process improvement opportunities that lower the risk of errors and increase efficiency

  • Partner with sales teams to exceed client expectations by clearly outlining industry leading client/product implementation needs

  • Identify appropriate actions, interventions, and collaborate with internal resources and clients to mitigate risk

  • Build strong relationships across the organization in support of the coordination and management of launch and change events to support a successful implementation

  • Develop a repeatable, process-based approach that recognizes the interdependence of all key partners and provide the strategic leadership and direction for the Investment Services implementation process

  • Build a process that communicates implementation expectations, identifies project dependencies, and tracks utilization and impact revenue targets

  • Assess team dynamics and the need for additional staff and/or consultants; Make the appropriate recruitments if necessary, during project cycle

  • Continue to improve and develop existing service offering to expand market share to our current and existing client base

What you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Client Services or Implementation management role preferably in healthcare print fulfillment

  • 10+ years of experience with designing repeatable processes for better efficiency

  • 10+ years of experience as effective communicator with the ability to translate highly technical explanations to a non-technical audience

  • 10+ years of experience as a leader, particularly in a groundbreaking, fast-growing environment

  • 10+ years of experience effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York or Washington.
