In this entry-level position, you’ll be an important part of the Customer Service team, assisting customers and outside sales representatives with many of their day-to-day activities, including:

  • Contract Review of all incoming sales orders

  • Assist customers to ensure their orders are accurate and able to be entered

    You will assist in helping our business continue to grow. This is a multi-faceted position in a medium-sized organization, so you must be able to interact comfortably with other departments on a regular basis.

    Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with High Accuracy

  • Proficient use of Office 365

  • Good communication and critical thinking skills

  • High degree of diligence

  • Ability to work at a fast pace even with several interruptions, and some time pressure.

    The Contract Reviewer will be required to work in the office five days a week in Omaha, NE.

    SUMMARY

    The Contract Reviewer is responsible for processing purchase orders sent to Conductix by customers. This role reviews each purchase order, identifies errors, and communicates with the customer to obtain a revised purchase order. When the purchase order is ready to be processed, the Contract Reviewer will enter the order into the CRM System. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized, and be capable of working at a faster-than-average speed while maintaining attention to detail.

    LOCATIONS

    The Contract Reviewer will be required to work in the office five days a week in Omaha, NE.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (and any other duties that may be assigned):

  • Contract Review:

    The Contract Reviewer is responsible for reviewing purchase orders received from customers. If there are discrepancies, the Contract Reviewer will notify the customer to resolve the issues. Once the issues are resolved, the Contract Reviewer will enter the order into our CRM System.

  • Quality and EHS Compliance:

    Support and uphold the Quality and EHS policies of the organization.

    Communication Skills:

    The Contract Reviewer will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Communicating with our Inside Sales, Outside Sales, other Departments, and our customers daily about issues with purchase orders. Purchase orders can have incorrect data on them, and it is essential the candidate can troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve the problem with the other party.

  • Microsoft Outlook:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is essential, as it is the primary communication tool with both internal and external customers. The candidate must be capable of composing emails independently without reliance on pre-written scripts.

  • Microsoft Teams:

    The candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily communications, including chat functionality, video calls, and screen sharing.

  • Phone Queues:

    The candidate must be comfortable answering phone calls via a queue. The candidate will be a backup to our Operator and Sales Support lines. The candidate can expect to take approximately 30 calls per month.

    Tools/Software Proficiency:

  • SAP:

    The Contract Reviewer doesn’t need previous SAP experience. SAP is our ERP System and is used to change orders (and on rare occasions, enter orders). A candidate with SAP experience may receive additional responsibilities to change orders as needed.

  • CRM:

    The successful candidate will proficiently navigate and utilize a comprehensive, internally developed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role demands precision in data entry, utilizing a point-and-click interface to create new prospects, update customer contact information, and perform searches for materials, quotes, and customers.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • The candidate must be able to type 50 wpm with high accuracy.

  • The candidate must be able to work quickly due to the urgency of the orders.

  • The candidate must have a very high attention to detail. The orders must be entered accurately to ensure the customer’s requirements are met.

  • The candidate must have good organizational skills to ensure emails can easily be found.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Post-high school education and previous customer service or similar experience are preferred.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

  • Ability to draw and interpret graphs on Excel and similar software packages.
