Seeking a Certified Payroll Coordinator in the Omaha Area!

Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Payroll Coordinator to provide timely and accurate reports, reconcile and troubleshoot certified payroll reporting errors, and generate, format, and analyze reports from various software applications. This role involves working closely with all levels of company management, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate reports to meet the needs of various teams.

  • Reconcile and troubleshoot certified payroll reporting errors.

  • Generate, format, and analyze reports from SAP, Service Now, and other software applications.

  • Enter data manually or upload to various software applications (LCPtracker).

  • Develop and maintain a network with all levels of company management.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external departments.

  • Work with subcontractors to set up and maintain weekly submissions.

  • Use SAP to pull information, report, and maintain company craft hours to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

  • Monitor and contact subcontractors to ensure compliance with their regulations.

  • Communicate via email with field personnel to provide customer service.

  • Pull payroll weekly for projects and export information through SAP.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a professional role (banking, HR, accounting, payroll, or any office-related position).

  • Strong communication skills and technical proficiency.

  • Reliability and self-motivation (will not be micromanaged).

  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Ability to have tough conversations about compliance.

  • High school diploma required.

Work Environment

  • The position requires working an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm, with a hybrid schedule available after 90 days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
