TEKsystems is hiring for our client onsite in Omaha! This role is a 2nd shift position and requires candidates to be 100% onsite!

Description:

• Interviews will include gathering medical, financial, and occupational and vocational histories

• Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes

• Make and receive telephone calls, logging call attempts, document information within orders as necessary, recording call results

• Accept assigned orders

• Prioritize and collate new orders into current caseload by type of request and geographic region

• Contact applicants to conduct interviews

• Call volumes and handle times will vary depending on the types of calls and where clients are at in the interview process but it is back to back calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST have call center experience (medical/healthcare experience would be helpful but not required.

Must be able to work hours between 11:00am - 8:00pm

Ability to read and follow SOPs

Accurately document all client information in the correct systems

Strong computer skills, MS office skills
