AP Subcontract Coordinator

Job Description

The role involves reviewing actual contracts against a checklist to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Report any risks or failures in controls promptly.

  • Review contract documents according to the established guidelines as they are assigned.

  • Review an average of at least 40 contract documents daily and take appropriate actions in accordance with the outlined checklists.

  • Resolve ServiceNow tickets, workflow items, emails, and Teams messages within the turn-around-time expectation of three days.

  • Maintain passing quality scores on monthly audits.

  • Ensure that no Critical Errors occur as defined.

  • Arrive at work on time and prepared.

  • Complete required trainings by their due dates.

Work Environment

The team is a mix of age and experience, with an open mind and willingness to embrace change. The first 90 days require onsite work, followed by a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote. Enjoy a supportive work culture with many growth opportunities, job shadowing programs, and the potential for promotion. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
