ManpowerGroup Account Support Specialist in Omaha, Nebraska

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with a global provider of marketing solutions for an Account Support Specialist to work a hybrid schedule from their Omaha office. This position will be responsible for interacting with a broad range of potential vendors/clients, providing technical and account set-up support.

Job Title: Account Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid – Omaha, NE

Salary : $45K

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist new and existing vendors with the creation of their profiles, navigating to the client's registration page where the details needed for vendor creation are collected, and managing updates

  • Monitor a support ticket tool used to track vendors who are experiencing difficulties

  • Maintain a database of common issues and processes to resolve.

  • Communicate with vendors via email or scheduled Microsoft Teams support meetings to help understand issues and provide solutions

  • Act as the primary contact between vendors and IT support to resolve vendor registration issues.

  • Assist in routine inactivation of expired registration invitations, and other system activities as needed.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or applicable experience in lieu

  • Confident/experienced user of Excel (spreadsheets, file management, basic commands and formulas)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to understand and manage complex systems and processes

  • The successful candidate must be extremely service-oriented and have the ability to adapt their approach and the willingness to keep working on an issue until it is fully resolved.

  • Knowledge of Ariba SLP is desirable

  • Successful track record of effectively managing competing priorities
