Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home anywhere in the Continental United States.

Selected candidate will be required to work M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00pm PST, with some potential for flexibility on start and end times.

Position Purpose: Responsible for researching and analyzing Medicaid regulations and deliverables, as assigned. Perform trend analysis and assessment activities of high-level operational controls.

  • Review and analyze contract deliverables, summarize and communicate outcomes and measurements to management.

  • Identify operational process improvement opportunities and coordinate the implementation of such improvements to achieve contractual and regulatory compliance.

  • Research regulations and requirements using the Contract, AMPM, and/or ACOM. Manage corporate entity governance, including entity formation, ongoing maintenance, document management and oversight of annual meetings and actions in lieu of meetings.

  • Identify laws and regulations that affect assigned business operations.

  • Review analysis provided by the operations and/or program teams for completeness, and assist in keeping subscription current.

  • Draft and issue summaries of regulatory updates to internal customers of regulations and compliance related regulations that affect operations.

  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders relating to non-routine questions relating to regulatory or related matter.

  • Participate in cross functional meetings to provide regulatory updates and track operational or programmatic implementation of regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal and external teams, legal and regulatory resources regarding solutions to address potential legal, contractual and/or regulatory issues.

  • Conduct ad hoc research to analyze, interpret and disseminate guidance on legal, contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • Draft correspondence to regulators regarding performance or in response to inquiries.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, related field or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of compliance and regulatory experience.

  • Experience in licensure filings, corporate governance and contract management experience, preferably in a Medicare or Medicaid industry preferred

Pay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
