We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that directly impact customer success and advance our organization's cloud and infrastructure goals. This role demands a seasoned professional with a demonstrated ability to think broadly and execute effectively, bridging technical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of large-scale, cross-cutting programs that align with organizational strategy and drive customer success.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and Oracle Health customers, providing guidance and expertise on cloud infrastructure strategy.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across engineering, business, and customer teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with core business initiatives.

  • Monitor, report, and communicate on complex projects to ensure effective use of Oracle resources, meeting contractual, margin, and revenue objectives.

  • Analyze and solve high-level technical and operational challenges, negotiating solutions that balance technical feasibility with business objectives.

  • Thrive in ambiguous environments, partnering with teams and customers to identify problems, design creative solutions, and drive results.

  • Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in developing and executing strategies for large, cross-functional programs that directly impact customer success.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with sound judgment and maturity in decision-making.

  • Strong leadership skills, including advanced problem-solving, negotiation, influence, and analytical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Technical expertise in cloud architecture and infrastructure, with a strong ability to advise on cloud strategy.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams within large organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the health or technology industry, particularly with Oracle Health solutions.

  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.

  • Proven track record of achieving results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
