Job Title: IE&E Resource Manager Location with zip code: 4050 Esplanade Way, Olympia, WA 32399 Duration: 6+ months Pay Rate- $70/hour Required Skills Program & project SharePoint sites/Teams channels Azure DevOps for sprint / work management Standard plans and tools to facilitate common project management processes (risk & issue management, change management, budget management, schedule management, status reporting, etc.) Organizational Change Management and communications team with dedicated resources and existing plans Dedicated scheduling resources to support integration of IE&E program efforts Preferred education, experience, and competencies Bachelor's degree in information technology, public administration, business administration or related field. Certifications in information technology and project management disciplines. Experience with large program and project implementations. Experience with enterprise resource planning and forecasting methodologies, and collaborative resource modeling in a multi-project ecosystem. Expertise in resource management approaches such as resource estimation, prioritization, utilization, leveling, as well as acquisition, evaluation, and retention. Proficiency in resource modeling and collaborative resource management in a multi-project ecosystem. Experience with resource management tools and software is highly desirable. Knowledge of state program management processes and regulations. Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project.
