Our Programs and Services Division (PSD) is recruiting for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Data Analyst to join their growing team!

Duties

 

As our Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial Driver's License Program by overseeing CDL data and ensuring compliance with all state and federal requirements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data from the Commercial Skills Test Information Management System (CSTIMS) and the Department of Licensing Driver & Vehicle System (DRIVES), among others. By utilizing your analytical skills, you will be tasked with generating trend analysis, reports, and programming to aid program auditors. Your successful completion of this project will result in enhanced support for training providers through the identification of areas for improvement to reduce fail rates and increase pass rates. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the improved quality and efficiency of training for Washington State Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) and CDL holders.

 

Some of the things you will do.

  • Lead the efforts to gather and analyze Commercial Driver's License specific data.
  • Develop reports and visualizations on current program trends.
  • Prepare professional level written and graphical reports and other communication.
  • Collaborate with teams on the development of systems for tracking, reporting, and analyzing data trends.
  • Produce and present trend analysis reports and programming to support program auditors.
