Responsibilities
This position provides operational and servicing support to trust personnel to accomplish the administrative and investment servicing needs of client relationship in the Trust Division.
Work in conjunction with IRA team to ensure release of IRA payments
Provide operational and administrative support to Trust Officers and trust clients
Process client deposits and disbursements received from trust personnel and trust clients
Process of client and departmental incoming and outgoing wires in conjunction with wire room
Perform various cash, suspense account and investment reconcilements
Settlement of investment trades placed by trust portfolio managers and external advisors
Posting and reconcilement of income transactions from investments
Communicate with third parties to resolve billing and trading matters
Review, research and provide for payment of trust client bills
Work in conjunction with Customer Care Team to ensure the release of pension payments
Release and reconcile scheduled payments by check and ACH
Prepare and maintain accurate account documentation to support decisions/actions
Assist with the preparation of various internal and regulatory reports
Perform research to respond to client, Trust Officer, subsidiary and Bank inquires
Monthly verifications
Other related duties as assigned or directed
Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion
Qualifications
A minimum of one (1) year of business office experience is required.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Associates Degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent training is preferred

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
