Job: Woodworking, Carpentry, Factory Team Member   Carpentry | Woodworking | Manufacturing & Production Job Summary: Closet Factory is seeking a skilled Factory Team Member to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. As a Factory Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of custom closets and home organization systems. This is a full-time, hourly position, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to the success of our company. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position is paid biweekly. Responsibilities: * Assist in the manufacturing of custom closets and home organization systems according to design specifications. * Operate various tools and machinery safely and efficiently. * Assemble cabinets, drawers, shelves, and other components. * Assist in cutting, sanding, and finishing materials. * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Maintain strict quality control on all of your work * Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. * Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects within deadlines. * Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or materials as they arise. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding project progress and any potential delays. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment. * Strong technical skills and familiarity with hand and power tools. * Ability to read and interpret design plans. * Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Previous experience in custom cabinetry or woodworking is a plus. * Must be eligible to work in the United States.
