The Role:\

The Senior Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for managing more complex and higher-value accounts within the Account Resolution Services department. This role involves in-depth analysis of delinquent accounts, resolution of disputes, negotiation of payment arrangements, and providing guidance to junior specialists. They handle accounts with moderate to high complexity and higher outstanding balances, often requiring more advanced problem-solving skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Who were looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Degree in business, accounting, finance, or completion of legal assistant or paralegal program preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in workers compensation, customer service, collections or a closely related field required; Bachelors degree in business, accounting or finance may be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Proven experience in managing complex and higher-value accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
