Aston Carter Procurement Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The P2P Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice processing.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders and invoices.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

  • Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to identify and implement improvements.

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.

  • Provide support and training to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procure-to-pay or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
