Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing digital paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI for our digital marketing efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels to achieve specific marketing goals.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics with a focus on ROI.

• A/B test ad variations, analyze results and make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign performance.

• Generate insightful reports to communicate campaign performance to internal stakeholders.

• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns and channels.

• Monitor budget utilization and adjust as needed to ensure optimal performance.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital paid media.

Skills/Abilities:

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize for successful business outcomes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.

• Experience managing campaigns within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
