Business Unit Overview

Hybrid work schedule: work in office 4 days, work from home 1 day

Role Overview

Individuals in this role play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth process for new and existing agents. Their responsibilities include handling agent licensing, appointments, registrations, and terminations. They work closely with agents to set them up for success and provide the necessary information related to licensing and appointments. Additionally, they maintain open communication with agents, keeping them informed about status updates.

What will you Do

  • Review and process Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance for newly registered agents and handle annual renewals, ensuring timely updates and compliance.

  • Process initial and renewal State Security licenses for agents.

  • Process new appointments for licenses and handle agent registration transfers. Ensuring seamless transitions for agents moving between roles or locations.

  • Manage resident license registrations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to state and company regulations.

  • Perform Outside Business Activity processing for new and current agents.

  • Perform termination processes and agent requirements and ensure proper documentation.

Onsite Duties

  • Greet In Person guests and answer phones

  • Manage local GO/Sales Office incoming and outgoing mailing duties

  • Assign Agent space, phone, mailbox, security access, and copier codes

  • Order and maintain Office supplies.

  • Handle fingerprinting and I-9 verification for candidates at the local GO

What You’ll Bring

The role requires strong relationship-building skills, organizational abilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization.

Required Skills:

  • Ideal candidate should have experience in a customer service and/or administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Associates, or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Training & Development

Customer Service Representatives receive on-the-job training to learn about the insurance industry, product and policy provisions, and transaction processing. Coaching and feedback are provided to help you gain the necessary skills to be successful.

Shift Information

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Competitive full-time base salary, overtime eligibility plus target bonus
