POSITION TITLE: Multi-Platform Sales Manager

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales

KFOR/KAUT, the Nexstar Media Group stations in Oklahoma City are in search of an energetic Sales Manager to help lead our sales team. If you are passionate about creating impactful cross platform client solutions, let’s talk. We are looking for an innovative and customer-oriented sales professional to lead a team of sellers. Your knowledge of the digital marketplace, and experience in running successful campaigns will make you an ideal fit.

Oklahoma City is one of the country’s fastest growing metros, with an underrated arts, food and sports culture. OKC will host Olympic events in 2026 in coordination with Los Angeles and is a great place to raise a family. Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Director of Sales and lead a team of sellers in developing and executing sales strategies.

• Grow revenue over prior periods.

• Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and goal oriented.

• Develop partnerships with local businesses to help them reach their goals through integrated marketing.

• Lead digital presentations and ensure fulfillment on advertiser campaigns.

• Train staff on the latest digital products.

Requirements & Skills:

• BA or BS in Business Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred.

• 3+ years of digital marketing or media sales preferred.

• Strong knowledge of digital ad technology and social media strategies helpful.

• Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a team environment.

• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills are required.

• Must possess a valid Driver's License (or be able to obtain one).

• Individual must also have strong computer skills.
